Representative Foster moved and asked unanimous consent that the                                    
House consider the Senate message (page 3720) on the following at                                   
this time:                                                                                          
                                                                                                    
     HOUSE BILL NO. 527                                                                             
     "An Act relating to entry into the Minto Flats State Game Refuge                               
     for purposes of exploration and development of oil and gas                                     
     resources."

There being no objection, it was so ordered.

Representative Foster moved that the House concur in the Senate                                     
amendment to HB 527, thus adopting SCS HB 527(RES) am S, and                                        
recommended that the members vote yes.                                                              
                                                                                                    
Representative Guess placed a call of the House and lifted the call.                                
                                                                                                    
The question being:  "Shall the House concur in the Senate
